根(gen)據廣(guang)東(dong)孚(fu)延(yan)盛(sheng)油(you)脂化工(gong)廢水(shui)處理(li)工(gong)程(cheng)要求,廢水經(jing)過(guo)處理(li)後達(da)到廣(guang)東(dong)省(sheng)地(di)方《水汙染物(wu)排(pai)放限(xian)值》(DB44/26-2001)三(san)級標(biao)準,其(qi)中(zhong)COD指標(biao)提(ti)高(gao)到280mg/L,具(ju)體(ti)相關指(zhi)標(biao)如下所(suo)示(shi):

因(yin)為來水(shui)含(han)有(you)油(you)和懸(xuan)浮物(wu),需(xu)先通(tong)過(guo)隔油(you)池進行(xing)隔(ge)油(you),再進行(xing)混(hun)凝沈澱(dian)去(qu)除懸(xuan)浮物(wu)。而(er)且(qie)該(gai)廢(fei)水(shui)生(sheng)化(hua)性差,設計(ji)上(shang)采用水解(jie)酸化池進行(xing)改(gai)善(shan)水(shui)質後才(cai)進入UASB池。該(gai)項(xiang)目(mu)主(zhu)要采用“隔油(you)調節→除油(you)池→中(zhong)和→混(hun)凝沈澱(dian)→水(shui)解(jie)酸化→UASB→活(huo)性汙泥(ni)法(fa)→生(sheng)化(hua)沈澱(dian)→物(wu)化(hua)沈澱(dian)”工(gong)藝,要求廢水處理(li)後達(da)到廣(guang)東(dong)省(sheng)地(di)方《水汙染物(wu)排(pai)放限(xian)值》(DB44/26-2001)三(san)級標(biao)準,其(qi)中(zhong)COD指標(biao)提(ti)高(gao)到280mg/L。受(shou)該(gai)廠(chang)委托(tuo),廣(guang)州(zhou)漓(li)源環保(bao)技術有(you)限(xian)公司(si)本(ben)著(zhe)處理(li)工(gong)藝先(xian)進可靠(kao)、整(zheng)理(li)布置合(he)理(li)、運行(xing)管(guan)理(li)簡單方(fang)便、出(chu)水(shui)水質穩(wen)定(ding)達(da)標(biao)、處理(li)成(cheng)本低(di)的(de)原(yuan)則(ze)。
